LOS ANGELES, April 19, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hip Cuisine Inc., (PINKSHEETS:HIPC) the global fresh-served food purveyor for health conscious consumers, has completed the second round of financing for $750,000. This offering was exempt from registration pursuant to Rule 506(b) of Regulation D and was priced at $0.75 cents per share for 1,000,000 shares. No commissions or finders fees were paid in connection with this offering.

“Our first offering of $375,000 was part of the initial S-1 registration approved in June of 2016 and closed in October of 2016 which took just under 120 days to fund. The second round was closed in less than 30 days and was an all equity financing priced at $.75 for a total raise of $750,000. This round did not involve any type of convertible debt, additional warrants, commissions or finders fees. This is an important factor to note with this offering. This shows that our investors believe in our business model and our ability to execute and build shareholders equity.”
