Treasury Share Transfers
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that on 19
April 2012 a transfer of 3,154,273 ordinary shares of 5p
each was made from Treasury to satisfy awards vesting under
the Hiscox Ltd Performance Share Plan.
Following the transfer the Company has a total of
19,682,214 shares in Treasury and a total of 391,578,289
shares in issue, excluding Treasury shares.
This notification is made in accordance with Listing
Rule 12.6.4.
