HK Battery Technology, Inc., formerly Nevada Gold Holdings, Inc., is a shell company. The Company intends to seek, investigate and, if such investigation warrants, engage in a business combination with a private entity whose business presents an opportunity for its stockholders. The Company will not restrict its potential candidate target companies to any specific business, industry or geographical location and, thus, may acquire any type of business. Further, the Company may acquire or combine with a venture that is in its preliminary or development stage, one that is already in operation or one that is in a mature stage of its corporate existence. The Company was previously engaged in the business of exploring for gold. The Company holds no mineral exploration or mining rights. The Company has not generated any revenue.
