TIMETABLE FOR THE BONUS WARRANT ISSUE AND
BOARD LOT FOR TRADING IN THE BONUS WARRANTS
Reference is made to the announcement of HKC (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") dated
26 August 2014 and the circular of the Company dated 23 September 2014 in relation to, amongst other things, the Bonus Warrant Issue (the "Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as ascribed to them in the Circular.
TIMETABLE FOR THE BONUS WARRANT ISSUE
The Board wishes to announce that the Circular was issued by the Company earlier today. The timetable in relation to the Bonus Warrant Issue extracted from the Circular is set out below:
