DELISTING DATE OF CWT LIMITED

Reference is made to the announcement of HNA Holding Group Co. Limited (the "Company") dated 22 November 2017 and the circular of the Company dated 30 June 2017 (the "Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the said announcement and the Circular.

CWT has announced that with the completion of the Compulsory Acquisition, the CWT Shares will be delisted from the official list of the SGX-ST with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 18 December 2017.

A copy of the CWT's announcement has been made available on the website of SGX-ST (www.sgx.com).
