Holland Colours starts its search for a successor to its current CEOHolland Colours N.V. (Holland Colours) announces that it will start its search for a successor to its current CEO. Robert Harmsen has been the CEO since January 2012 and as such he is halfway through his second four-year term.
Parties have in joint consultation decided that, in respect of the company's long term development, it would be good to already start looking for a successor. Mr. Zoomers, the chairman of the Supervisory Board, emphasizes that experience shows that finding and embedding new, highly qualified managers, takes time. Mr. Harmsen adds that since the transition from a product to a more market-oriented organization is almost completed, it's the right moment to look for a new CEO that can lead the company in the next phase of its growth.
This timely announcement enables Holland Colours to carefully search for and coordinate a transfer of the duties to a suitable successor.
