Homeloans : Director Appointment/Resignation

Homeloans Limited (ASX: HOM) 'Homeloans' announces that the Scheme of Arrangement entered into with RESIMAC Limited on 20th July 2016 has been implemented, and as such the following changes to the Board of Directors of the Company will take effect from 25th October 2016.

Warren McLeland has been appointed a Director.

Warren has over 30 years' experience in domestic and international financial services specialling in investment management, treasury and capital markets, stockbroking and risk management. Warren has been the Executive Chairman and CEO of RESIMAC Limited and prior to this role a Senior Managing Director with Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan Chase).

Warren is a director of a number of public and private companies including UIL and Wilson HTM Investment Group Limited and formerly a director of the Trust Company Limited.

Susan Hansen has been appointed a Director.

Susan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has a MBA from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. She has over 30 years experience in accountancy practice with the top accounting firms and investment banking (financial analysis and risk assessment). Susan has established a global financial training company in New Zealand of which she is Chief Executive officer. In addition Susan was a Strategy Consultant to the Auckland Regional Services Trust and the Project Manager on the feasibility study of the America's Cup Infrastructure. Following this she was Chief Executive of Viaduct Harding Holdings Limited.

Susan also serves on the Boards of Utilico Emerging Market Limited, listed in London, a funds management company in New Zealand and a global education company and was appointed to the Board of RESIMAC Limited in 2011.

Michael Jefferies has been appointed a Director.

Michael is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He has extensive experience in finance and investment, including 20 years as an executive of Guiness Peat Group Plc. He is a non-executive director of Ozgrowth Limited and Afterpay Limited and is Chairman of

Touchcorp Ltd. Michael was formerly a director of Australian Wealth Management Ltd, Tower Australia Ltd and Clearview Wealth Ltd. Michael jointed the Board of RESIMAC in 2014.

Robert Scott and Robert Salmon current Directors will continue as Directors.

Michael Starkey the nominee director from the National Australia Bank will cease to be a Director.

Michael was appointed to the Board of Homeloans Limited on 1st February 2013. The Board acknowledged the significant contribution made by Michael during his directorship and wishes him the best in the future.
