HomeServe Membership appoints Alex Johnson as CFO

Alex Johnson is responsible for Walsall-based HomeServe Membership's Finance, Procurement and Estates functions playing a key role in shaping and delivering the pany's ambitious strategic plans. He also has a focus on mercial opportunities, resource efficiencies and delivering key projects for the HomeServe UK business.

Chartered accountant Johnson brings a wealth of international finance experience to the UK division of FTSE 250 pany HomeServe following Managing Director and Finance Director roles at well respected FTSE100 Bunzl; as Plumbing & Heating Finance Director at Wolseley (Plumb and Parts Center) and executive roles at ING Barings and KPMG.
