The PACE-SRO incorporates aspects of governmental regulations and consumer protection rules for contact centers. The goal of the PACE-SRO is to assure a positive contact center experience for consumers and provide an objective system that reinforces companies’ commitment to the highest standards and best practices in regulatory compliance.

“We are very pleased and proud to receive the PACE-SRO Seal of Accreditation,” stated Tom Rusin, CEO of HomeServe USA. “We work hard every single day to provide our 1.5 million customers with excellent service, from the moment they sign up for a service contract, to when they call for service, to when repairs are being made at their homes. Only a limited number of companies have earned this seal, so it is a true testament to our customer focus, and the dedication of all of our team.”

To receive Accreditation, HomeServe completed a three-step process that involved a lengthy self-assessment, evaluation by an independent auditor and then an application for Accreditation, which is voted on by the PACE Board of Trustees. A company’s identity is withheld from the Trustees to avoid biasing toward applicants and the recommendation is based on the detailed analysis from the independent auditor.

“At PACE, our goal is to recognize excellence in the way businesses are serving their customers, through contact centers, email, chat, social media, web and text,” said Phil Grudzinski, CEO of PACE. “HomeServe adheres to an excellent model of customer service throughout these channels, so we are very pleased to honor the company with this distinguished certification.”

HomeServe provides more than 2.4 million emergency repair plans to customers throughout North America. Contract holders have access to a Repair Hotline that is staffed and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to bring local, licensed and insured contractors right to their home for repairs. information available at www.homeserveusa.com.
