Culiacán, Sinaloa, November 25, 2015, Desarrolladora Homex S.A.B. de C.V. ('Homex' or the Company') as per the request of the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores) in compliance with Article 54 of the 'Circular Única de Emisoras', ratifies that the Company has received a capitalization of Ps.1,750 million on October 23rd.


As well, the Company has access to two revolving credit lines for Ps.1,850 million with Proyectos Adamantine, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R. ('Adamantine') and in process to be formalized, a credit line with INFONAVIT for approximately Ps. 350 million for the financing of infrastructure, as well as access to bridge loans with financial institutions as Santander and Inbursa providing Homex the sufficient and needed liquidity to reactivate our operations.


With respect to the executed capital increases, issuance of shares and the reverse split, as it was notified on the Shareholders Notice published before the National Banking and Securities Exchange Commission (CNBV) on October 14th and published at Homex web page, these have a dilution effect

for all the Company shareholders.
