- Securities Market

  • The average daily turnover for the first five months of 2017 was $75.3 billion, an increase of 10 per cent when compared with $68.6 billion for the same period last year.

  • Funds raised through IPOs for the first five months of 2017 was $39.2 billion, an increase of 15 per cent when compared with $34.2 billion for the same period last year.

  • There were 60* newly listed companies for the first five months of 2017, an increase of 67 per cent when compared with 36* for the same period last year.

- Derivatives Market

  • The average daily turnover of futures and options for the first five months of 2017 was 775,279 contracts, an increase of 0.2 per cent when compared with the 773,391 contracts for the same period last year.

  • The average daily turnover of Stock Options for the first five months of 2017 was 346,040 contracts, an increase of 21 per cent when compared with the 286,230 contracts for the same period last year.

  • The average daily turnover of RMB Currency Futures for the first five months of2017 was 3,061 contracts, an increase of 31 per cent when compared with the 2,335 contracts for the same period last year.
