Marshall Taylor Joins Firm as National Healthcare Leader for Transaction Advisory Services

DALLAS - September 19, 2016 - Houlihan Lokey, Inc. (NYSE: HLI), the global investment bank, today announced that Marshall Taylor has joined the firm as a Managing Director and National Healthcare Leader for Transaction Advisory Services (TAS). He is based in the Dallas office.

Mr. Taylor has over 15 years of experience serving healthcare diligence clients, including the last nine years with Alvarez & Marsal's Transaction Advisory Group, where he was a Managing Director and helped build and lead the national healthcare financial due diligence practice. He has advised leading corporate and private equity clients in complex transactions across the healthcare services continuum. Prior to A&M, Mr. Taylor spent five years in EY's Transaction Advisory Services practice focused on the healthcare industry. He began his career at Arthur Andersen in 2001, serving in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practices.

Mr. Taylor holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.S. in Accountancy from The University of Tennessee. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee and also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
