Pursuant to Article 124 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Hrvatska poštanska banka, plc., Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4 (hereinafter: the Bank), announces that the Management Board Meeting of the Bank and the Supervisory Board Meeting of the Bank were held on 27th of February 2017.

At those Meetings, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board acknowledged unaudited financial statements for the period from 01st of January to 31st of December, 2016.
