Hrvatski Telekom dd : HT has once again received the certificate for its excellence in human resources management

For the fifth consecutive year, Hrvatski Telekom has received the Employer Partner Certificate for its excellence in human resources management. The company stands out for its impeccably organised processes in the areas of strategy and performance management, thanks to the strategic positioning of the HR function within the company and the performance monitoring and rewarding system covering all employees.

Marija Felkel, Member of the Management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer at Hrvatski Telekom, was presented the Employer Partner Certificate by Aleksandar Zemunić, Member of the Management Board of SELECTIO.
