The Company operates through six segments. Building Construction segment is engaged in the construction of buildings, including Hong Kong M Museum. Civil Engineering segment is engaged in civil engineering, including road engineering and drainage engineering. Interior and Special Projects segment is engaged in interior decoration, among others. Electrical and Mechanical Engineering segment is engaged in electrical and mechanical engineering. Property and Facility Management Services segment is engaged in the provision of property and facility management services in Mainland China and Hong Kong. Property Development and Investment segment is engaged in the development and investment of properties, including La Viva in Shenyang and New Times Plaza in Beijing, among others.
