Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (“Hudson” or the “Company”) (NYSE: HPP) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 5,250,000 shares of its common stock by certain funds affiliated with Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C. pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The offering is expected to close on April 10, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions. The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 787,500 shares of common stock. The Company will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering.

The last reported sale price of the Company’s common stock on April 6, 2015 was $33.95 per share.
