Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HPP) today announced the renewal of its lease with InvenSense, Inc. for 139,336 square feet at 1745 Technology Drive, part of the company’s Concourse office complex in San Jose.

InvenSense, a TDK Group company and leading provider of micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) sensor platforms, will now remain in its space at Concourse through April 2025.

“We are delighted that InvenSense will continue to occupy a significant amount of space at Concourse,” said Victor Coleman, Chairman and CEO of Hudson Pacific. “This early renewal of one of our larger 2019 expirations further highlights the continued strength and growing appeal of the San Jose Airport submarket, particularly as the Downtown San Jose market tightens.”

Concourse is a 944,386-square-foot, seven-building, Class-A office complex located at the intersection of Technology Drive and Airport Parkway, and adjacent to the San Jose International Airport. The property features numerous on-site amenities, is walking distance to public transportation, and offers immediate access to I-87, I-101 and I-880/17. Hudson Pacific is the largest owner of office space in the San Jose Airport submarket with a portfolio totaling over 2.6 million square feet.
