THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) today announced that the company's board of directors has declared a $0.125 per share cash dividend on its common stock.

The dividend is payable on December 31, 2014, to stockholders of record as of December 15, 2014.
