Hutchison Whampoa : Plans Two-Tranche Euro Bond - Term Sheet

Hutchison Whampoa Ltd. (0013.HK, HUWHY) is planning to issuee a two-tranche Euro bond that could price as soon as today, according to a term sheet of the deal.
The bond would carry 5- and 10-year tranches, the document shows. The size of the deal is still unclear.
Barclays, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan are joint bookrunners on the deal. Hutchison Whampoa is rated A- by Fitch Ratings, A3 by Moody's Investors Service and A- by Standard & Poor's.
