CHICAGO (July 15, 2015) - Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced today that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a management agreement with Arcoris Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of one of Malaysia's leading developers, UEM Sunrise Berhad ("UEM Sunrise"), for a Hyatt House hotel in Mont'Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. Expected to open in 2017, Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont'Kiara will mark the first Hyatt House hotel in Malaysia.

Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont'Kiara will be ideally based for business and leisure travelers, in addition to families, that want to keep their real-life routines rolling, even when they are on the road. The hotel will be ideally located near top international schools, Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club and the main business districts of Kuala Lumpur Sentral and Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

Located in Mont'Kiara, an affluent suburb located three miles (five kilometers) from central Kuala Lumpur, the hotel will feature approximately 298 guestrooms, a three-meal restaurant, 3,100 square feet (290 square meters) of meeting space, a fitness center, and a sky pool. The hotel will be part of a larger mixed use development, Arcoris Mont'Kiara, which will feature business suites, small home offices ("SoHo"), residential units, and a retail plaza.
