Hydrophi Technologies Group, Inc. develops, manufactures and sells a HydroPlant technology system using water-based clean energy technology. The Company's HydroPlant operation is performed on-demand and on-board a vehicle or other unit, providing a clean power-on-demand alternative. The Hydrolyzer unit within the HydroPlant system is attached to the engine and splits water molecules into ionized hydrogen and oxygen gases and their radicals. The Company also provides surface transportation, delivery and logistics services that can be retrofitted with its HydroPlant technology system to a group of customers and consumers throughout the continental United States. These service offerings include transportation of full-truckload containerized freight, which it transports utilizing owner-operated vehicles, third-party contracted vehicles or its Company-controlled revenue equipment with independent contractor drivers.
