Dear Shareholders,
The Company offers its
shareholders the choice to receive Corporate Communications
(as defined in Rule 1.01 of the Rules Governing the Listing
of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited)
either: (i) in printed form, in either English only, in
Chinese only, or in both English and Chinese; or (ii) by
electronic means through the Company's website
www.hysan.com.hk.
Should you wish to select the language and means of receipt
of future Corporate Communications or to change your previous
choice of language and means of receipt, please complete the
Change Request Form (available on our website) or tick the
appropriate box in the notification form below and return the
signed form to the Company's Registrars, Tricor Standard
Limited of 26th Floor, Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen's Road East,
Wanchai, Hong Kong (or by email to
hysan14-ecom@hk.tricorglobal.com) using the enclosed
postage-prepaid envelope.
Even when you have made your election, you are entitled at
any time by reasonable notice in writing to the Company's
Registrars (or by email to hysan14-ecom@hk.tricorglobal.com)
to change your election of language and means of receipt of
Corporate Communications.
If we do not receive any notification from you and until you
inform us by reasonable notice in writing, we will send you a
printed Chinese language version of each future Corporate
Communication if, according to the Register of Members, you
are a natural person with a Chinese name and have an address
in Hong Kong; otherwise, we will send you the printed English
language version.
If you have chosen to receive the Corporate Communications
using electronic means, the Company's Registrars will send
you an email notification of the publication of Corporate
Communications on our website on the same day the Corporate
Communications are sent to shareholders. If you for any
reason have difficulty in receiving or gaining access to the
Corporate Communications, you will promptly upon request be
sent the Corporate Communications in printed form free of
charge.
Both the English and
Chinese versions of Corporate Communications will always be
available from the Company or its Registrars on request, or
on the website of the Company at www.hysan.com.hk and the
designated issuer website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong
Limited at www.hkexnews.hk.
