IIS Intelligence Information System Ltd Stock

I.I.S. Intelligent Information Systems Limited has no operating business other than providing management services to Witech Communications Ltd (Witech). The Company was previously in engaged in designing, developing, and providing enterprise storage solutions for the Internet Small Computer Systems Interface (iSCSI). As of January 2, 2008, all the business activities are conducted through Witech, which is the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The other wholly owned subsidiary of the Company is IIS Manufacturing Ltd. In November 2006, the Company completed the sale of Storage to LSI Logic Corporation (LSI). Subsequently, on May 23, 2007, the Company completed the sale of Enargis to West End Technology Investments Ltd.
