IC Immobilien : Immobilien Zeitung: "IC has 60% overseas clients"

Unterschleißheim near Munich, 21.05.2015 - In an article on 21.05.15 the Immobilien Zeitung reported on the evolution of the IC Immobilien Group from a pure Fund Manager to an Asset and Property Manager, in particular for foreign clients. Although IC continues to manage 35 Real Estate and 15 Leasing Fonds, the group's focus has been on Asset and Property Management since 2010. In the view of IC's COO, Marc Balkenhol, Fund Management without these added services is a touph proposition. In the past financial year, IC, which expanded its Asset and Property Management business and introduced appropriate structures such as a new Letting team, brokered 40 commercial properties worth a total aof EUR 760 million for various investors. Approximately 60% of the investors were from outside Germany - including UK, French, Spanish, Danish and Canadian investors. Although from overseas their contracts related to investments in Germany. IC has successfully established a network of corporate partners in other countries, in order to exchange market information and offer a more complete range of consultation services to clients. IC is happy with the results for the 2014 financial year. "Many of our existing clients have once again mandated IC to work on their behalf", explained Balkenhol. The Board forecasts another "sound" year in 2015.
