Icade specializes in selling, owning, and managing third-party residential, public, and healthcare real estate. Net sales (including intra-group) break down by activity as follows:
- real estate development (69.5%);
- real estate rentals (26%);
- services (4.1%): consulting services related to real estate management, property administration, co-property management, leasing management, etc.;
- other (0.4%).
At the end of 2012, the group's real estate assets had a total area of 2,436,760 m2 and an estimated market value (not including fees) of EUR6,850 million, broken down into offices (28.8%; 407,822 m2), public and healthcare facilities (25.2%; 780,327 m2), tertiary parks (22.9%; 471,378 m2), shopping malls (6.4%; 211,346 m2), residences (3.8%), and warehouses (3.8%; 561,987 m2).
