Within the business park Icade Orly-Rungis, Icade will host the new headquarters of a first class aviation company in the "Oslo" office building (3,800 sq.m) and in a 398-sq.m portion of "Le Strasbourg" building. The lease agreement, concluded for a 9-year period, will start on 30 September 2016.
Within the business park of the Pont de Flandre, Icade will host the headquarters of Grand Paris Aménagement on 4,411 sq.m. The lease agreement, concluded for a 12- year fixed period, will start on 2 January 2017. Following this transaction, the occupancy rate of the business park of the Pont de Flandre will raise to 99%.
On 21 December 2015, Icade has completed the off-plan sale of "le Conex" office building to La Française Real Estate Managers, for €28M excluding taxes. It will be located in the immediate vicinity of the Lille Flandres high-speed train (TGV) station. This property is due to be delivered in Q4 2017 and will extend to a total floor area of 7,440 sq.m.
On 30 December 2015, Icade Santé has reached an agreement with Capio group to purchase a 75,000 sq.m land plot in Quint Fonsegrives, southeast of Toulouse (Haute- Garonne department), to build Capio's new "Croix du Sud" private hospital. An off-plan lease agreement has been concluded with Capio group for a fixed term of 12 years. This HQE-certified ("high environmental quality" French standard), MSO establishment (medicine, surgery and obstetrics) will have a capacity of 404 beds and outpatient places over a floor area of 30,500 sq.m. Construction works started in January 2016 and are expected to be completed in Q1 2018. The total value of the project amounts to
€103M excluding taxes.
On 21 December 2015, Icade Santé has also reached an agreement with Reims Métropole to purchase a 62,000 sq.m land plot in Bezannes, southwest of Reims (Marne department), to build the Courlancy Santé group's new "Reims-Bezannes" private general hospital. An off-plan lease agreement has been concluded with the Courlancy Santé group for a fixed term of 12 years. This HQE-certified, MSO establishment will have a capacity of 396 beds and outpatient places over a floor area of 30,000 sq.m. Construction works started in December 2015 and are expected to be completed in Q1 2018. The total value of the project amounts to €115M excluding taxes.
