ICADE APPOINTMENT NOTICE

Guillaume Tessler has joined Icade as Head of Financial Communication and Investor Relations.
He will report to Victoire Aubry, a Member of the Executive Committee, in charge of finance, legal matters, information systems and general resources.
After graduating from ESC Reims, he started his career in 2001 at Arthur Andersen where he conducted audit engagements. He became a chartered accountant and a statutory auditor in 2005, and then joined Agence des participations de l'État (Ministry of Finance) where he handled accounting and financial matters. In 2008, he took a position at the French financial authority (AMF) to supervise financial transactions and financial communications of listed companies, especially those
in the real estate industry.
