At the core of the Euralille 1 district, the EKLA Business building, together with the EKLA Life building, is part of a mixed-use development programme (commercial, residential and retail) including over 23,000 sq.m imagined by Lipsky & Rollet Architectes.
EKLA Business is a 14,800-sq.m, 7-floor building located in the immediate vicinity
of the Lille-Flandres and Lille-Europe train stations, as well as tramway and metro lines. The building will be certified NF HQE Bâtiments tertiaires neufs level « very good », with an environmental performance 30% better than RT 2012 thermal regulations.
It offers a number of valuable features that should attract the most demanding users, including a contemporary architecture, a streamlined design, large glass surface area, and levels of over 2,000 sq.m of contiguous space, which is a first in Lille.
This new transaction confirms the strong trend of investments in office development projects in cities other than Paris in 2015.
