Icade and Deka Immobilien GmbH are delighted to announce today that they have signed an agreement for the sale of the Millénaire 2 office building located
in the 19th district of Paris for a total of 165 million euros (excluding transfer taxes).
Millénaire 2 extends to around 28,500 sq.m. over 6 floors. It is fully leased to 4 renowned tenants: ARS (Agence Régionale de Santé), the Ministry of Justice, Saint Louis Sucre and IFOP (French Institute of Public Opinion).
This transaction confirms the attractiveness of the Millénaire district where two other development projects are underway: Veolia's future headquarters, 45,000 sq.m. which will be delivered in summer 2016 and the Millénaire 4 building, 24,500 sq.m., which delivery is expected in October 2016.
