Idaho North Resources Corporation is an exploration-stage mining company. The Company is engaged in acquiring and exploring a range of metals mining properties in the western United States. It is also engaged in the search for mineral deposits or reserves. The Company focuses on conducting exploration activities on one or more of its properties that it leases. The Company has leases on a range of gold properties in Nevada. The Company leases properties, such as the Klondike 25-59 Property, the Klondike 41 Property, the Klondike Central Property, the Klondike Southeast Project, the Green Monster Property and the Danville Property. The Company has an Exploration Program Agreement with Coeur Mining Inc. (Coeur), under which Coeur will fund, and have earn-in rights to certain of the Company's properties, beginning with the Klondyke Project, near the Hasbrouck gold-silver deposits.
