Ideon SA, formerly Centrozap SA, is a Poland based Company engaged in energy sector. It provides electrical energy and natural gas distribution services. The Company also provides such services as energy audit, trading operator services, market operator services and balancing services. As of May 15, 2012, the Company formed a capital group consisting of eight subsidiaries, PEC Srem SA, WoodinterKom GmbH, Ideon Real Estate Sp z o o, Centrozap Finanse Sp z o o, Canuela Holdings Limited, CentroBudKom Sp z o o, CentroWoodKom Sp z o o and C-Colect SA. On April 2, 2013, the Company entered bankruptcy proceedings. On October 24, 2013, the Judicial Commissioner decided to end the Company's bankruptcy proceedings with the possibility of arrangement. In January 2014, the Company sold 100% stake in Canuela Holdings Limited to Centrozap Finanse Sp z o o. In August 2014, it received an information from its subsidiary, WoodInterKom GmbH, about the sale of 100% stake in Komi Pellet Sp. z o.o.
