As an international leader in medical and safety technology, Dräger develops innovative equipment and solutions people the world over trust when lives are on the line. In clinical settings, industry, mining and emergency services, Dräger products protect, support and save lives.

Idox's CAFM Explorer was originally installed in 2010 to manage personnel including engineers and technicians across six buildings, creating a central helpdesk for work orders to be logged. In 2014, Dräger upgraded to CAFM Explorer 9 and implemented CAFM Engineer to increase the efficiency of the workforce and speed up response times. This year, Dräger went live with CAFM Web to enable end user call logging, further improving their help desk process and efficiency.

With CAFM Engineer, the Facilities team at Dräger can now issue work orders to engineers' mobile devices together with all associated notes, order details and history. This enables better coordination between control centre and engineers, and improved client service with real-time work status reporting on live work orders.
