Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist document management collaboration solutions and services to the UK public sector and highly regulated asset intensive industries, announces that its Engineering Information Management (EIM) Division has agreed a new seven year license contract to supply its cloud-based McLaren Collaboration Workspace solution to a major US-based, global project management, engineering, construction and procurement services provider, until 2020. This new contract replaces the existing subscription based agreement between the two companies.

The initial deal of USD 1.725 million is for software licenses and the first years' support and maintenance. Idox will provide its customer with support for up to 200 projects across its various global operations.
