iEnergizer Limited ("iEnergizer" or "the Company") Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer appointments


iEnergizer, a high growth digital age publishing and technology leader, today announces the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Aggarwal as Chief Executive Officer of the Company together with the appointment of Richard Day as Chief Financial Officer.


Mr. Aggarwal has been operating as Interim Executive Director since September 2015 and was Chief Executive Officer of the Company from incorporation through until October 2014. Following a successful period of restructuring, the return of Mr Aggarwal has enabled the Company to generate new business and has positioned the Company for future growth. The focus on key technologies, verticals and differentiated solutions sets the Company on a path to higher, sustainable profitable growth over the long term.


Mr Day joins the company with immediate effect as a Chief Financial Officer. This is a senior appointment although not a board position and he will provide support and assistance on various financial matters as required, including debt arrangements. Mr Day was a founding partner of institutional stock broker Arden Partners where he worked from 2002 and became Head of Corporate Finance. Prior to this he spent 12 years in corporate finance at Cazenove & Co. He is a qualified solicitor having worked with a number of law firms including Simmons & Simmons and Charles Russell.
