(NYSE MKT: IG; IGI or the Company), today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock, including all 697,500 shares subject to the underwriters' over-allotment option. After giving effect to the exercise of the over-allotment option, the Company sold an aggregate of 5,347,500 shares of common stock in the offering at a public offering price of $5.00 per share. The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be approximately $25.2 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses payable by the Company.

Roth Capital Partners and Oppenheimer & Co. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Craig-Hallum Capital Group, LLC is acting as a financial advisor to the Company.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including, without limitation, research and development, general and administrative, manufacturing and marketing expenses, and potential not yet identified acquisitions of companies, products, ANDAs, technologies and assets that complement the Company's business.
