Completion of acquisition of ESA Software S.p.A. by Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A.
Milan, 19 October 2011 - Il Sole 24 ORE, as per announcement dated September 10,
2008, and following exercise of the put option by the minority shareholder, has completed the acquisition of 29.96% of ESA Software S.p.A., specialized in software solutions for businesses and professionals.
Thanks to this operation, the 24 ORE Group now owns the entire share capital of ESA Software, a company previously fully consolidated, securing its leadership on the professional market.
