Free Mobile Plan: Roaming now included all year round!

5GB/month mobile Internet access and unlimited calls, texts and MMS from more than 35 countries

(Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, South Africa etc.)

The Free Mobile Plan now includes roaming communications all year round (unlimited calls, texts and MMS as well as mobile Internet) from more than 35 countries, all for €15.99 per month for Freebox subscribers (or €19.99/month for non-Freebox subscribers). At the same time, the mobile Internet data volume included in the Plan has been increased to 5GB/month from these countries.

The Free Mobile Plan roaming offer includes the following, all year round:

• unlimited calls, texts and MMS in Europe and the French overseas departments (DOM);

• unlimited calls, texts and MMS (local and to Metropolitan France) in the other countries

  (United States, Canada, Israel, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand);

• 5GB/month of mobile Internet that can be used in Europe, the French overseas departments, the United States, Canada, Israel, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand, and which is in addition to the allowance included in the Free Mobile Plan for Metropolitan France.

Having pioneered the inclusion of roaming in the Free Mobile Plan since 2013, in 2016 Free enabled several million subscribers to use their mobile phone abroad at no extra cost. And the new roaming freedom available in 2017 will help subscribers - particularly those living in border areas - to make huge savings!

This new offer is straightforward to use and does not require the installation of an app. It applies automatically as from today for both existing and new Free Mobile Plan subscribers.

Unlimited calls, texts and MMS excluding short, special and premium numbers and premium texts/MMS.

In Metropolitan France: up to 50GB on a 4G network with a 4G mobile (20GB limit on a 3G network with a 4G mobile), or up to 3GB on a 3G network with a mobile that is not 4G-compatible. Speeds reduced in excess of these volumes.

In Europe, the French overseas departments (DOM), the United States, South Africa, Australia, Canada, Israel and New Zealand: 5GB/month on a 3G network and then €0.057/MB for Europe and the French overseas departments (standard billing rates for the other countries).

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon (no Internet available on St-Pierre-et-Miquelon), the United Kingdom.

French overseas departments: French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte and Reunion Island.

Price for Freebox subscribers: price reduction of €4/month for the Free Mobile Plan available only for Freebox subscribers and applicable for up to 4 Free Mobile Plan subscriptions (standard price of €19.99/month for additional lines) as part of the multi-line offering (same bank details and same address). Any Freebox subscriber who cancels their Freebox subscription will no longer be eligible for the price reduction.
