Following European Commission authorization,
Imerys confirms the completion of Kerneos acquisition by end of July
Imerys announces that it has received on June 20 the unreserved approval of the European Commission on the proposed acquisition of Kerneos. Relevant workers councils already gave a favorable opinion on this operation.
The completion of this acquisition is now subject to only the receipt of a final regulatory authorization in South Africa. As announced on December 11, finalization of the operation is expected to take place by end of July.
