Sunshine, several thousand visitors and a high level of media interest - this sums up the opening of a STOP SHOP in Serbia. And we have experienced this twice in recent days: In very summer-like temperatures, with blue skies, a varied entertainment programme and a great deal of shopping enthusiasm, our STOP SHOP Požarevac was opened firstly, followed one week later by a further location in Vršac.

In total, this amounts to around 16,000 sqm which have been fully let from the first day. The retailers include Reserved, Sinsay, CCC, Deichmann and DM. Not only was there a great rush of customers (as can be seen from the images below), the media interest was also as impressive as ever - TV stations, local weekly newspapers, national trade press and countless online portals reported extensively and extremely positively on the opening of our fifth and sixth STOP SHOPS in Serbia.

As a result, our STOP SHOP portfolio now comprises 72 retail parks in eight countries, with rentable space of approximately 500,000 sqm.
