Our 'engaging' UK telemarketing team

Imperial's UK telemarketing team received a 'highly commended' certificate in the 'Best People Engagement' category at a prestigious awards ceremony in July.

The South West Contact Centre Awards recognise companies that put a focus on their teams in the frontline of any business.

The judges highlighted our employee engagement, health and well-being practices and performance improvement when deciding on the highly commended award.

Martin Goodall, UK Head of Sales, said: "This is a tremendous achievement for our telemarketing team, especially as it was only formed nine months ago and demonstrates the great progress they've already made."

Stuart Mead, UK Telemarketing Team Leader, said: "I'm delighted that the efforts of my team have been recognised in this way.

"We haven't been together that long so to receive this award was very pleasing and will galvanise our efforts to further improve the service we provide to our customers."
