PROPOSAL
Due to the way in which they fulfilled their respective mandates during 2014, the Shareholder Banco BPI, S.A., pursuant to article 455 of the Commercial Company Code, proposes that a vote of confidence and praise to the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board, extensive to each and every one of the members of the governing bodies, be approved.
