Inchcape Fleet Solutions is delighted to announce that following a rigorous assessment it has achieved a Distinction in the ServiceMark accreditation from the Institute of Customer Service (ICS).

Inchcape Fleet Solutions holds a unique position as the only Fleet Management provider in the UK to have been awarded this prestigious and coveted ServiceMark accreditation from the UK's foremost authority on customer service. Achieving the highest accolade clearly demonstrates Inchcape Fleet Solutions' commitment to lead in customer experience.

Inchcape Fleet Solutions was praised by the ICS assessor for 'demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service excellence at all levels'. The assessor was particularly impressed by the strong customer focused culture, remarking that: 'whilst staff spoke highly of the positivity in the workplace and it was clear they had a good deal of fun at work too, there was no complacency. Everyone was serious about doing a great job, driving improvement and delivering the best outcome for their customers.'
