stock options under various Employees
Stock Option Plans
Dear Sirs,
Pursuant to the applicable provisions of Listing Agreement,
we wish to inform you that upon exercise of stock options
vested, in terms of various Employees Stock Option Plans, by
certain eligible employees, the Compensation Committee of the
Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today
i.e. May 22, 2012, has allotted an aggregate of 1,23,289 (One
Lac Twenty Three Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Nine) Equity
shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to such employees.
Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share
capital of the Company stands increased from
Rs. 62,37,06,834/- divided into 31,18,53,417 Equity shares of
face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs.
62,39,53,412/- divided into 31,19,76,706 Equity shares of
face value Rs. 2/- each. Please take the aforesaid intimation
on record.
