According to article 228 of the consolidated text of the Securities Market Act and its related legislation, Indra makes public the following:
RELEVANT EVENT
In connection with the relevant event made public on July 31st, 2014, (register number 209467) to inform about the liquidity program contract signed with GVC Gaesco Valores Beka, S.V.S.A., we attach herein the detail of the transactions corresponding to the quarter referred to the period between February 1st of 2017 and April 30th of 2017 (both included). This information is provided as required by heading 2 of the fourth point letter b of "Circular 3/2007, de 19 de diciembre", from Spanish Stock Exchange Commission, about liquidity contracts.
