Total Voting Rights
In accordance with rule 5.6.1A of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Informa PLC (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that following the admission to trading of 45,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("shares") today, the Company's total issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises of 648,941,249 shares. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 648,941,249 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
