The board of supervisors of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (the "Bank") issued a notice of a meeting on 18 January 2017 and the meeting was convened by way of written resolution on 19 January 2017. There were 6 supervisors eligible for attending the meeting, and all 6 supervisors casted their votes.
