Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd., Dubai (DIFC) Branch, has updated the prospectus for its USD$4,000,000,000 medium term note programme established and listed on the Irish Stock Exchange and NASDAQ Dubai in May 2015 in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Irish Stock Exchange, the Dubai Financial Services Authority and NASDAQ Dubai.
