The medium term notes recently issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd., Dubai (DIFC) Branch under its USD4,000,000,000 medium term note programme were listed on the Irish Stock Exchange and NASDAQ Dubai, which include (1) USD300,000,000 floating rate medium notes due 2020, (2) USD400,000,000 floating rate medium notes due 2022 and (3) EUR500,000,000 floating rate medium notes due 2020.
