This week the winners of the best Dutch customer contact cases in 2014 were announced during the Gala of the National Contact Center Awards (NCCA) foundation in The Netherlands.

The eight-member jury visited all 15 nominated contact centers and judged the cases on strategic impact, originality, creativity, the result for the client and the measurability of the results.

ING won the Customer Service Award. ING's so called Social Hub, a collaboration of 3 departments that coordinates all social media activities, was the best case in the field of online customer service within a contact center.
