According to article 228 of the Legislative Royal Decree 4/2015 of October 23 approving the revised text of the Securities Market Act, Inmobiliaria Colonial, S.A. ("Colonial" or the "Company") hereby reports the following:
REGULATORY ANNOUNCEMENT ("HECHO RELEVANTE")
Colonial announces that a conference call for analysts and institutional investors will be held on the 18th of January 2018 at 18:30 h (CET) to present the "Project Alpha-III". In this presentation the Company will comment on reached agreements related to new investments.
The details to connect to the call as well as the presentation material will be circulated in advance of the presentation date with an additional communication to the market regulator ("hecho relevante") as well as on Colonial's corporate website (http://www.inmocolonial.com/).
